You will fall in love with the beautiful coastal décor that is highlighted by sea life images on canvas, taken by the owners. Octopus’s Garden is a large 4-BEDROOM, 3.5-BATH HOME with everything you need for rest and relaxation. With TWO KING MASTER EN-SUITE BEDROOMS (ONE ON EACH FLOOR), QUEEN EN-SUITE BEDROOM, BUNKROOM FULL-OVER-FULL BEDS, and a designated workstation; this home comfortably SLEEPS 10 GUESTS (INCLUDING INFANTS) with plenty of privacy.
The GOURMET KITCHEN is a chef’s dream with everything you need, including built-in appliances, and a 5-BURNER GAS STOVE. The OPEN LIVING AREA has gorgeous shiplap walls and boasts ample seating. The living room has a large, HD SMART TV, with WI-FI SOUND-BAR. In addition, there are 4 other HD SMART TVs and WI-FI THROUGHOUT the home. The LOFT WITH TV, GAMES AND PUZZLES, is ideal FOR KIDS.
Enjoy the sunset from the TWO LARGE PORCHES that feature ceiling fans, swinging benches, and OUTDOOR DINING. The UPPER PORCH IS SCREENED for comfort and safety. There is a large driveway with PARKING FOR 2 VEHICLES. In the garage (no car parking) you will find 4 NEW BIKES so you can explore 30A and the trails. Garage houses the 6-SEATER, ELECTRIC, GOLF CART, a SECOND REFRIGERATOR (perfect for beverages), cornhole boards, 6 BACKPACK BEACH CHAIRS, BEACH UMBRELLA, and a small cooler. Just outside the garage, there is also a stainless-steel GAS GRILL and an OUTDOOR SHOWER for your convenience. For PICKLEBALL LOVERS, our beautiful vacation home PROVIDES 4 RACKETS with 2 BALLS for your enjoyment. The pickleball courts are located at the end of our street.

NATUREWALK AMENITIES at the “Gathering Place” include large ZERO-ENTRY POOL, an additional HEATED LAP POOL, HOT TUB, lounge chairs, tables and chairs, a SHADED SPLASH POOL for toddlers, HAMMOCKS, outdoor TV LOUNGE, OUTDOOR KITCHEN WITH GAS GRILLS, and GAS FIRE PIT for family enjoyment. NatureWalk is the only community along 30A that offers food trucks at the “Gathering Place” for your family enjoyment. Additional amenities include 2 PLAYGROUNDS, PICKLEBALL COURTS, WALK / BIKE PATHS, outdoor “Energi” FITNESS STATIONS, and a BASKETBALL COURT.
BEACH ACCESS:
Area ATTRACTIONS: 30A is a fantastic destination, the BEACHES are some of the world’s finest with sugar WHITE SAND and EMERALD-GREEN WATERS. You will find plenty of public beach access along the 19 mile stretch of 30A.
Our SEAGROVE BEACH HAS THE LARGEST STRETCH OF FREE, PUBLIC BEACHES ON 30A, ACCESSIBLE BY BIKE VIA NATUREWALK’S “LILLY LANE TRAIL” (1.5 miles), through the beautiful Point Washington State Forest. NOTE: Golf carts are not allowed on Lilly Lane or any other State Forest trails. Or TAKE THE GOLF CART / CAR (2.8 miles) via 30A to “SAN JUAN” and “SANTA CLARA” BEACH ACCESSES with FREE ENTRY and PARKING.
Another FAVORITE is GRAYTON BEACH STATE PARK, which offers a long stretch of beautiful WHITE SAND BEACH (4.4 mile drive via 30A). Besides the gorgeous beach, this PARK has LARGE BATHHOUSE, CANOE RENTALS, and NATURE TRAIL. Cost is $5/car but FREE ENTRY in the SUMMER (Memorial Day through Labor Day). NatureWalk is ideally LOCATED off 30A, on Hwy 395 adjacent to WATERCOLOR and SEASIDE. NatureWalk is surrounded by Point Washington State Forest. Explore NatureWalk and the surrounding Watercolor and Seaside by bike or on foot. Rent a KAYAK or PADDLEBOARD and explore Western Lake or the Gulf at GRAYTON BEACH STATE PARK nearby.
PUBLIX in “WATERCOLOR CROSSINGS” is conveniently located NEXT TO NATUREWALK. There you will also find Pizza by the Sea, Boca Boutique, Marble Slab Creamery, Great American Cookie, UPS Store, Emerald Coast Wine and Spirits, Perfect Pig Restaurant, Pedego Electric Bikes, and Yellowfin Sports – to meet all of your needs. The SHOPS and RESTAURANTS of Seaside, Watercolor, and Seagrove Beach are a short bike or golf cart ride away. Don’t miss the funky SHOPS and RESTAURANTS in Old Grayton Beach also on 30A.

* Guests will be charged $100 FOR LOST OR MISSING POOL PASS. Please leave the pool pass in the home upon departure. *
* GUESTS MAY NOT PARK VEHICLES IN THE GARAGE. *
* Due to HOA RESTRICTIONS, boats, RVs, camper vans, and trailers are not allowed in this neighborhood. *
* NO SMOKING (CIGARETTES, CIGARS, OR VAPING) ON PROPERTY. Smoking in the home, garage, and/or porches will result in a $500 fine and eviction without a refund. *
* NatureWalk 30A is located within Point Washington State Forest. BEARS AND RACCOONS VISIT THE NEIGHBORHOOD ON A REGULAR BASIS; BEAR STRAPS ON TRASH CANS MUST BE SECURED AT ALL TIMES. *
