The second floor offers a second Master suite with a king bed, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a guest bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed with twin trundle. Rent a canoe or paddleboard. Visit the funky shops and restaurants in Grayton Beach town, just down 30A. Watercolor Crossings adjoins our neighborhood, with Publix, Pizza by the Sea, Boca Boutique, UPS Store, Emerald Coast Wine and Spirits, Perfect Pig restaurant, Pedego Electric Bikes, and Yellowfin Sports, for all your outdoor needs. Due to HOA restrictions boats, RVs, and trailers are not allowed in this neighborhood.
